How do I return an item?
Defective or Damage Products : Products that are damaged or defective may be returned within 30 days of the original shipping date and will be fully refunded or replaced absolutely free of charge. Refused or Returned Orders: Undeliverable or refused orders will be refunded in full deducting the shipping costs. In addition a 15% restocking fee will be charge . Others: if you are not fully satisfied with an undamaged and unused item you purchased from us, please contact us! We’ll do what we can to help you.
Follow the steps for returns:
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting our Customer Service at email@example.com . We will issue a return authorization based on our Returns and Exchanges Policy described herein. The RMA will be valid for 30 days only. Orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase for refund if applicable 30-45 days returns will receive store credit. We do not accept returns without a prior authorization.
- Pack the item in a good box to insure against damage and return the package via insured USPS Mail or other Parcel Carrier of your choice offering ground service. EVERSAFE MRES will refund the actual ground service shipping costs if the return or exchange is due to unused damaged merchandise or an error in shipment. EVERSAFE MRES advises that you insure the items for full value against loss or damage during shipment. EVERSAFE MRES is not responsible for returned product while in transit.
- Include a copy of your sales receipt with your return along with an explanation stating why you are not satisfied with the item(s), and your preference for exchange or refund. If you no longer have your sales receipt, please include your full name or purchaser’s name, billing address and order number
- Within 5-8 business days of receiving the returned items at EVERSAFE MRES , we will then refund your purchase either through your credit card, check, or through store credit for the full amount minus shipping costs (less a possible 15% restocking fee). We’d also be happy to send you a replacement item.
